The hospital in Jablonec n. N. was opened on March 5, 1875 on the site of today’s U Balvanu Grammar School. In the area where it is located to this day, it was put into operation as the General District Hospital in 1893. Since May 1990, a complete reconstruction of the hospital has been underway.
