Steel holds no secrets for us. Since MCA was founded in 1966, we have grown into a specialist in the production of steel and stainless steel constructions. Innovative ideas and core qualities such as reliability and craftsmanship, deployed by founder Ab Schneider, are still bearing fruit.

The management is jointly conducted by Ron Schneider and Werner Nawijn. After the resignation of his father, Ron has joined as a shareholder since 1988 and Werner since January 1, 2014. They complement each other perfectly and oversee the entire business operations from knowledge and experience. Ron mainly focuses on technical and assembly-related activities and Werner on general, commercial and workshop-related matters.

We have all the facilities to achieve quality products, such as heavy cranes, an extensive machine park and our most important capital: the employees , who are necessary to fully perform our services. Each of these qualified employees, 35 in all, has an undisputed reputation.
