Our school, called “Dvojka” (second primary school), is located in the center of Mladá Boleslav. It is located in two buildings on Comenius Square, which offer very good material facilities for modern teaching. We use three gyms, two computer classrooms, three language classrooms, an environmental education classroom with a laboratory, a training apartment, a workshop and other specialized classrooms with interactive whiteboards. We also have a school canteen and a school group for 1st – 4th year students. The school is attended by 592 pupils I. and II. degrees. Our students live not only in Mladá Boleslav, but also commute from many municipalities in the region due to good transport connections.

For several generations, the inhabitants of the city and the wider area have known “Dvojka” as a school with extended foreign language teaching. We teach according to our own school educational program, focused on teaching foreign languages. The course also includes trips abroad for students to improve conversation in a foreign language.

At “Dvojka” we try to lead students to independence, self-confidence and responsibility, to getting to know ourselves. We teach them how to learn effectively, we support and develop their creativity. In the team, we lead them to cooperation, consideration and compliance with the rules. We strive to ensure that students leave our school equipped not only with factual knowledge, but also with the ability to orient themselves in the life of our society, to exercise their rights and to respect the rights of others.
