Nimont d.o.o. was established in 2000. The company’s main activities include:
- Production, sale, and export of stone aggregates
- Drilling and mining works
- Ship agency and management
Our work is best reflected in our results: millions of tons of stone aggregates produced and exported, and thousands of ships handled as port agents in the Port of Bar.
These achievements have earned us notable recognitions:
- In 2004, Nimont d.o.o. was awarded Best Private Company in Montenegro by the Montenegro Business Alliance.
- In 2006, Nimont d.o.o. was selected as the Best Company of the Year in Montenegro by the Directorate for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises.
For over 20 years, we have been successfully operating the Volujica limestone quarry in the Port of Bar.
Our dedication and continuous effort have made us a leading exporter of stone aggregates from Montenegro. To date, we have exported over 4.5 million tons of stone aggregates, confirming our position as a key player in the market.
Our aggregate export services are available under FOB and CIF terms, ensuring transparency and reliability in all business dealings. With a strong focus on quality and dependability, we deliver our products to markets in Italy and Malta.
Domestic sales are conducted directly at our open storage site at the Bar Port. All customers benefit from free access to the port and on-site measurement of goods. The stone aggregates we produce and distribute are used for a wide range of applications, including masonry, plastering, base preparation, drainage, concrete production, and road and terrain embankments.
Our Product Range
- 0–4 mm – finely screened aggregate, ideal for plastering and concrete works.
- 4–8 mm – medium-sized aggregate used in various construction applications, including filling cavities, concrete, and asphalt.
- 8–16 mm – medium coarse aggregate, commonly used for concrete, foundation filling, and drainage systems.
- 16–31.2 mm – coarse aggregate suitable for road construction, embankments, and terrain stabilization.
- 31.5–80 mm – very coarse aggregate, perfect for heavy-duty projects such as slope stabilization and large embankments.
- Mixed fractions – customized combinations of aggregates to meet specific project requirements.
- Tailings – eco-friendly material used for filling and stabilizing terrain.
- Crushed stone – natural stone of various sizes and shapes, ideal for decorative and functional use in landscaping and construction.

Nimont d.o.o. offers a comprehensive range of services for ships arriving at the Port of Bar, ensuring smooth and reliable operations:
- Securing mooring for arriving vessels
- Arranging pilotage and tug services
- Preparing documents for customs, immigration, and port authorities
- Organizing water supply and other ship provisions
- Coordinating medical assistance for crew, if needed
