Olio is in the heart of the capital in Stasikratous street. Our restaurant is inspired by the Mediterranean gastronomic heritage of charcoal cooking, using high quality firewood to cook and the best ingredients and materials derived from our island and prominent farms around the globe. Our chef oscillated between classical and contemporary cuisine and have created a delicious menu for the lovers of the Mediterranean kitchen.
Olio’s philosophy is our clients to share, taste, and enjoy their high-quality dishes.
