Ospedali Privati Riuniti Srl is the company that owns the accredited private hospitals Nigrisoli and Villa Regina. The two hospitals have distinct health authorizations and accreditations:

Accreditation: determination no.15390 of 30.12.2010 and subsequent correction of determination no.4142 / 2011.
The two hospitals have obtained the certification of their quality system on the basis of the ISO 9001 standard for the provision of healthcare services.
The Nigrisoli Accredited Private Hospital has also obtained provisional accreditation from the Emilia-Romagna region for the function of Provider for ECM training (Continuing Medical Education) and is ISO 9001 certified for the planning and management of training events.
