The company in the town of Nova Zagora was founded in 2000 and today is the largest in the field of food industry in the area. At the beginning of its activity the company mainly produces lean sarmi in vine leaves. Then it expands the range of products produced. Vegetable mixtures such as roasted eggplant puree,
lutenitsa, ajvar, vegetables in tomato toppings and others.
The annual production volume in 2000 reached 1000 tons. For 2019 it reaches 9000 tons.

In 2000 the company started with 50 employees. In 2019, the employees will reach 750 people.

The factory areas of 5740 sq.m. in 2000, they reached 36,000 sq.m. in 2019.
 

Palirria exports over 95% of its production to more than 40 countries. Exports are to Russia, Canada, the United States, Africa, the Scandinavian countries and throughout Europe. The increase in the volume of production is due both to the need to fulfill additional orders to regular customers and to enter new markets.
