Pharmathen was founded in 1969 in Athens, as a private pharmaceutical company, and is focused on the development and marketing of pharmaceuticals, with a strong position in generics. The company identifies and develops its own pipeline, owns its IP, and through long term contracts out-licenses this IP to customers who in turn market and sell the products.
