PU “Center for Adult Education and Training of the Technical Profession” Živinice aims to: Increase the quality and effectiveness of the education and training system in accordance with the new requirements of a knowledge-based society and changes in patterns of teaching and learning; Access to education and training in accordance with the principles of lifelong learning, faster employment, career development, equal opportunities and social cohesion, opening of educational institutions for all persons expressing the need for education, especially for vulnerable populations, ethnic and social groups that are not sufficient or failed to exercise the right to education. ; Opening education and training to the widest possible population, in the light of a better connection between work and society and responding to the challenges that arise in the process of globalization. The target population is people who for any reason have not been able to exercise the right to vocational training and education through formal education.
