Charming family-run restaurant HAS in the center of Zagreb, located just a few minutes walk from the Main square, at Račkoga 11. It is the best rated restaurant in the city centre. Well known chef and owner of the restaurant ANTON HOTKO is preparing many delicacies combined with tasty Croatian wines and local beer.
We firmly believe that homemade food is the best, so we make everything ourselves – baking our own bread daily, crafting our own pasta, and experimenting with various cooking techniques such as smoking, sous vide cooking, slow cooking, and BBQ. Additionally, we create our own desserts.
We recommend everything we offer, especially our smoked delicacies and meats prepared using the sous vide technique.
