Sirogojno Co. is a family-owned company founded in 1991 in the village of Sirogojno, on the slopes of the Zlatibor mountain in western Serbia. The company fosters cooperation with local communities in the Zlatibor region and strives to contribute to improving the quality of life in this part of Serbia.
Collaboration with Sirogojno Co. involves entire families from the region. In addition to the production of frozen and dried fruit which today represents the company’s main activity and entails direct cooperation with agricultural producers since 1997, Sirogojno Co. has also maintained the traditional production of original handmade wool garments in collaboration with local women.
The fruit, grown in the ecologically clean region of western Serbia under very favorable climatic conditions, is processed in two factories, in Sirogojno and in Rupeljev near Požega, using modern processing technologies while adhering to the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Grown at altitudes between 600 and 1,200 meters in an ecologically clean region with optimal climatic conditions, the fruits of the Zlatibor region are of outstanding quality. Modern processing techniques—including continuous freezing tunnels, laser-based sorting machines, and a wide range of packaging options—ensure both superior quality and product variety for customers.
The entire production process adheres to integrated food safety and quality management standards (HACCP, BRC, IFS). Agricultural production complies with GLOBAL G.A.P. standards, and the products are also certified according to KOSHER requirements.
Processing, trade, import, and export activities are certified under the Serbian Organic Production standard, the EU Organic standard, and the NOP standard, guaranteeing full compliance with international quality and safety norms.

These products are primarily intended for direct consumption as healthy and delicious snacks, but they can also be added to cakes, ice cream, and cereals. They are also suitable for further use in the baking and confectionery industries.
Freeze-Dried Fruit
Freeze-drying refers to the process of removing moisture from frozen fruit under vacuum. Sirogojno Co. currently offers freeze-dried raspberries, cherries, and wild blueberries, with plans to introduce additional locally grown and exotic fruit varieties in the future.
