Soludec SA is one of those companies that have long been present in the Luxembourg entrepreneurial landscape and which has evolved with the times and adapted its methods. SOLUDEC SA – abbreviation of “Société Luxembourgeoise d’Entreprises et de Construction” – was created in 1949 and started its activity in the steel industry sector with production halls for ARBED and GOODYEAR.
After having belonged to the company BLATON of Brussels, Soludec SA passed in 1988 into the bosom of the international group GMH (General Mediterranan Holding).
In July 2020, the company was taken over by the members of its management in “Management Buy-Out” (MBO) which today allows Soludec SA to ensure with all of its staff and partners the perfect continuity of all its multiple and varied activities in structural work as well as the perfect mastery of the general contractor profession constituting the specialty of SOLUDEC.
Soludec SA itself holds participations in other companies such as:
- Soludec Development Sàrl created in 1997 specializing in Real Estate Development
or
- Soludec Asars Development SA,
- BS Development SA,
- Lux-REC Sàrl (Luxembourg Real Estate Company)
- and Cristal-Invest Sàrl,
all also engaged in real estate development.
