Unfortunately, the clinic does not have access for the disabled. The clinic is located on the 1st floor with stairs.

Parking
Schmeltz Square has 2 hours of free parking. Remember the parking disc.

Waiting time
Patients must have undergone widely differing eye examinations and therefore do not necessarily enter the order in which they arrived.
We strive to keep the agreed time, but acute patients can cause the agreed time to be postponed.

The examination of a patient may also prove to be extra time consuming and may require additional examinations on the same day and this may prolong the waiting time.

Remember

• Remember to bring your Health Card (health insurance certificate) every time you come to the clinic – your Health Card (health insurance certificate) shows that you are entitled to receive free services from the ophthalmologist.
• Remember to bring your glasses . If you use contact lenses we want information about the strength.
• Blurred vision after examination
• In many cases, it is necessary to drip with pupil dilating drops to examine the eye thoroughly. You have to wait approx. 20 minutes on the effect of the drops. The vision can be blurred in some people, and it is not safe to drive a car. The effect of the drops decreases after 2-4 hours.

Study of children
For children, eye drops are used that have both pupil-widening and focus-relaxing effect. These drops work for up to 24 hours. Children can either be dripped in the clinic or get drops for dripping at home before an agreed consultation.

Cancellation and absence
Cancellations can be made to the answering machine 24 hours a day: 46 32 88 84 .
Absence without cancellation entails an invoice in accordance with the applicable agreement (DKK 250 for consultation and DKK 500 for surgery).
