LIGRAP Foundry was established in 1981, initially specializing in non-ferrous metal castings for church use, becoming a regional leader in this field.
In 2003, production expanded to include gray and steel cast iron. The foundry produces individual, small, and medium series castings: gray and steel castings from 1–300 kg, and bronze castings up to 3000 kg. It manufactures all grades of steel, including manganese and stainless (acid- and heat-resistant) castings, with quality controlled by spectrometer analysis.
In addition to castings, LIGRAP produces spare parts through machining and supplies custom solutions for industries such as mining, energy, food, paper, chemical, and construction.
With decades of experience and satisfied customers, LIGRAP guarantees quality and reliability.
Products:
Non-Ferrous Metals:
“Ligrap” manufactures spare parts based on customer documentation or by creating workshop documentation through inspection of worn or damaged parts.
The final product can be a casting machined to final dimensions or a spare part made from any raw material available on the market.
Production of spare parts is carried out using “Ligrap”’s own machining capacities, as well as through long-standing subcontractors with proven expertise in this field.
For all produced spare parts, “Ligrap” provides guarantees of chemical composition, heat treatment, and product inspection reports.
Design and Manufacturing of Foundry Tools
In addition to producing castings from all grades of non-ferrous metals, as well as gray and steel cast iron, LIGRAP also offers customers services for creating technical documentation (sample recording) and manufacturing foundry tools.
Depending on the technical and technological characteristics of the product, foundry tools are made from high-quality materials wood or aluminum ensuring long-term use and the production of larger casting series with minimal tool maintenance. Since we also produce castings based on the “customer’s model,” we recommend having the tools made at LIGRAP, as this is the only way to jointly achieve optimal technological parameters that guarantee high-quality castings.
