Tehvandi Sports Center is a suitable place for training and competitions, as well as for active and sporty holidays.
Training sessions are open daily maintained Payable sports facilities: 6,2 km rullsuusarada, K90 ski jumping hill, the stadium and Ansomäe biathloni shooting, basketball and volleyball foreign court Tehvandi garage of the building near the gym Tehvandi garage in the building, stadium athletics instantaneous and tõkkejooksude, distance and triple jump, high and pole vault and shot puts, discus and low throws for training, and a stadium football field for playing on a large field or half a field with training goals. A 5km running simulation track (marked with blue directional arrow boards) is open for free use.

 The stadium for training is   usually open every day from 11:00 to 17:00 (for pre-booked training according to the schedule between 8:00 and 20:00) . The stadium building has changing and washing rooms and saunas. Access to the stadium is from the main gate of the stadium or through the stadium building.
Booking, payment, information and key collection for the use of the stadium also takes place at the stadium building administrator. Disc Golf discs can also be rented from the administrator.
For amateurs and vacationersTehvandi hiking trails are open free of charge for walking (marked with red directional signs) and cycling (marked with yellow directional signs), Tehvandi – Munamäe light traffic road, Tehvandi health trail (marked with green directional signs), village swing with Discanda Park and Golf course jumping hill viewing platform (paid, open K.-P. from 11.00-19.00). OÜ Otepää Seikluspark offers attractive services for visiting Otepää Adventure Park on the territory of Tehvandi.
For parking carsThe users of Tehvandi sports facilities have access to the large parking lot of the stadium, the upper parking lots of the Tehvandi main building and the parking lot on the Tartu Marathon track (Disc Golf Park users), the parking lot at the stadium shooting range (shooting range users) and the parking lot at the K90 jumping hill. PS car parks are intended for the users of the sports center and it is forbidden to rush and trick cars with cars!
 The roller skating rink, running, hiking and health trails can be accessed from the upper parking lot of the Tehvandi main building at the gate of the nursing home on the stadium side. The roller coaster is also accessible from the stairs of the stadium shooting range. The bike hiking trail starts at the stadium shooting range car park on the Tartu Marathon track.
It is forbidden on the territory and tracks of Tehvandi Sports Centerdrive a motor vehicle or moped or ATV. It is forbidden to walk domestic animals on Tehvandi sports tracks. In the interest of the safety of roller skiers, it is also forbidden to walk and ride a bicycle and roller skates on the Tehvandi roller skating rink (except for the 1.3 km roller skating circuit from the shooting range stadium to the first bridge). When using the Tehvandi Disc Golf park, park users must ensure safety when throwing and take into account the trainers on the running tracks on the park territory, and it is strictly forbidden for park users to use roller skates for movement.
