How to Find the Rediscovered Bridge
The Rediscovered Bridge is located 20 kilometers north of Horsens between the villages Vestbirk, Træden and Gammelstrup. About 300 meters from the bridge is a larger parking lot on Vestbirkvej 2A, Brædstrup. From here, a path leads to the bridge itself. Wheelchair access is available to the bridge and the surrounding areas via the fine asphalt path from the car park.
If you are on a canoe trip on the river Gudenåen, we recommend Den Genfundne Bro as a stop on the route. There is a natural uptake of the canoe at Vestbirk Hydroelectric Power Station , and from here it is not far to the Rediscovered Bridge.
For riders, a ford has been established immediately east of the bridge.
