The Tournai Cathedral, or Cathedral of Our Lady (French: Notre-Dame de Tournai, Dutch: Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Doornik), is a Roman Catholicchurch, see of the Diocese of Tournai in Tournai, Belgium. It has been classified both as a Wallonia‘s major heritage since 1936 and as a World Heritage Site since 2000.
Its impressive dimensions (134 m long and 66 m wide), its harmonious combination of Romanesque and Gothic styles and its architectural audacity make it a reference among the religious monuments of the West. This immense gray vessel which dominates the city from its five bell towers unfortunately suffers the ravages of time.
