UC SYD is the largest educational institution in South Jutland. An important knowledge institution, a meeting point for the region. We have 14 professional bachelor programs, some vocational programs and short higher educations. We offer a wide range of further education and conduct development and research in pedagogy, health, and social sciences. The Center for Teaching Aids helps the area’s schools with courses and materials.

UC SYD has around 6,500 students in the basic educations, of which 950 are international, 5,000 in the further educations and 700 employees on four campuses.

From Esbjerg to Kolding, from Haderslev to Aabenraa, we are present with specialized, interdisciplinary training centers and research environments. We are located in the middle of beautiful nature, close to jobs and good studio housing in cities where you can live while reading.
